Probably the most photographed lake in the world and is also referred to as the 'Jewel of the Rockies' Lake Louise sits in a small glacial valley which is surrounded by snow capped mountains. The turquoise waters of Lake Louise in summer are an abiding symbol of the beauty of the Rockies and in winter a scene straight from Narnia, complete with ice carvings and the world famous ice castle standing on the frozen lake. An outdoor wedding ceremony will be held at Chateau Lake Louise where you will need to spend a minimum of two nights.

Alternatively, why not experience the ultimate wedding with a helicopter ride to transport you to a pristine remote mountain top to exchange your vows. Heli-weddings are available from mid-April to mid-October.

Please note that you must stay at Lake Louise the night before your wedding and your wedding night (a variety of accommodation is available. The heli-port is approximately one hours drive from Lake Louise.
