WEDDING RECEPTIONS IN MAUI, HAWAII:
There are a host of reception options available across the island of Maui, depending on where on the island you are staying and your ceremony is taking place. Outdoor reception venues include:

- Private Beach Dining for Two
Indoor dinner reception venues are also available in the hotel venue rooms(venue hire costs vary).

YOUR ONLINE WEDDING PROFILE: Once you have booked your wedding with us you will be set up with a unique login and password for our website. You'll then be able to start planning your wedding arrangements, add wedding extras, book your wedding reception, plan and organise your legal documents and speak to our in-resort wedding coordination team before you depart from the UK. More details will be supplied to you about this service, which is included for every couple that books their wedding with us, at the time of booking.
YOUR WEDDING EXTRAS: In addition to your wedding package you can add-on as many wedding extras as you'd like. For example, additional photography, flowers, wedding cake, DVD's wedding cars and much more! All are pre-paid in pounds sterling before you depart the UK so you don't need to worry about currency fluctuations. If however in resort you would like to add-on any last minute extras, you can do so with our in-resort wedding coordinator. To help you budget for your wedding reception and so you can keep track on how much you are spending, take advantage of one of our Pre-paid Foreign Exchange Wedding Reception Cards, exclusively-free to Perfect Weddings Abroad's couples. FLIGHT OPTIONS FROM THE UK: We have flights available from across the UK to Maui and the Hawaiian islands. It is an ideal multi-centre location, so why not visit other locations in the US on your honeymoon too? flying in to Maui. FINANCIAL PROTECTION FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND: All of our weddings abroad, honeymoons and holidays are fully protected through ABTA (our ABTA Number is L4464), whilst all of the Air-Inclusive packages that we sell are covered by ATOL (our ATOL Number is 5534), the government backed financial protection scheme. This gives you the piece of mind that you are booking with a reputable travel company and that your money is safe.
DEPOSITS: Your Wedding Deposit is 30% of our Perfect Weddings Abroad package, or £200 (whichever is greater). This is taken at the time of booking. In addition to this we will take a deposit for your travel arrangements, this will be confirmed to you at the time of booking.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR PERFECT WEDDING ABROAD: Please call us on 0844 770 8270 to speak to your Maui, Hawaii Wedding Coordinator. They will discuss with you the various options and to book your chosen wedding package, as shown above. You then fill in one of our wedding request forms and we will request your preferred wedding date and time. Once we have this confirmed from resort we will go ahead and make your travel arrangements. At the time of booking we will take your deposit, then your holiday and wedding (package and wedding extras) balance is due 12 weeks before your departure from the UK. Any wedding reception charges or fees to registrars and venues are payable in-resort in local currency. You will receive a wedding pack detailing what you have booked and how the process works in the lead up to your wedding.
IMPORTANT NOTES: *Additional costs may apply, including registrar fees, hotel venue charges and legal documentation (where applicable). This will be advised to you at the time of booking. Any fees quoted in foreign currency on this website are for guidance purposes only and are subject to change, without prior notice. ARRANGING YOUR OWN TRAVEL?: If you'd like to make your own travel arrangements we can offer you our 'Wedding Only' option. In Maui, Hawaii we charge a £200 Wedding Only Fee in addition to our wedding package price shown above.
