Perfect Gay Honeymoons Director Helen is an overseas civil partnerships and honeymoons specialist with more than 20 years experience in the travel and leisure industry. Alongside business partner Danny, she has been at the forefront of launching civil partnerships abroad and honeymoons for same-sex couples since the introduction of the Civil Partnership Act 2005. Helen's role includes extensively researching potential and new locations for gay and lesbian couples to enjoy on their honeymoon. She understands the needs and frustrations of same-sex couples when planning their CP and honeymoon.

Over the last 8 years Helen has concentrated on arranging weddings all over the world, with events ranging from a small intimate civil partnership in a US heritage building to large celebrations in Scottish Castles. Her experience, enthusiasm and knowledge of the many wedding options worldwide offers any couple the peace of mind that they are in safe hands...

In Summer 2007 Helen was recognised nationally and shortlisted for the UK & Ireland Travel Trade Gazette 'Specialist Agent of the Year Award' for her services to couples getting married abroad.

Before starting Perfect Weddings and Honeymoons, Helen had a wide range of experience across various sectors. Some of the roles she has undertaken include; Front of Office Management of a Luxury Hotel just outside of London, a Travel Coach Courier covering countless destinations across the UK and Continent.

Helen is constantly innovating and researching new and exciting wedding venues and pioneering new areas for weddings abroad. In sharing her expert knowledge with the whole team at Perfect Gay Honeymoons she ensures that we are able to offer every couple the very best information to help them choose the wedding venue best suited to their requirements - and an excellent level of service throughout the time leading up to their wedding.
