Suzie has over 20 years experience in the travel and leisure industry. Having achieved excellent qualifications in travel, tourism and business studies including A level French and German, she embarked on a career in retail travel and quickly progressed to becoming a Travel Agency Manager by the age of 21.

Suzie's career has progressed in both independent and multiple retail travel agencies and in different aspects of the leisure industry including hot air ballooning. This has provided her with excellent knowledge of the world of travel and a professional and enthusiastic approach to her work.

Her attention to detail and customer service has helped the company achieve several awards since she joined the team when the company was formed in 2005.

Suzie has developed her role through continuous training and has become a travel and tourism assessor, responsible for training staff members. Suzie is now a full time member of the team taking on the role of Travel Co-ordinator and Administration Manager.
